I didn't get a car with a bow on top for my Sweet 16. I wasn't carried into my party by four hot, muscle-y guys. I didn't make several costume changes. I'm pretty sure I didn't have a party at all. I probably did something fun with my friends.
Anyway, I enjoyed imagining the wild, sometimes extravagant parties in the Sweet 16 books. (Even though I didn't have one. Sniffle.). Hope you enjoy them too. Grab a piece of cake and dig in. (I'm pretty sure I had cake on my own 16th. So there's that.) -- MM
